MEDIA PRICES EVALUATION SOFTWARE

Objective, automatic evaluation of complex media price offers in an agency pitch

Software developed by "Media Audits", which compares media prices submitted during agency pitch. It is possible to include many different media prices (TV, traditional and RTB internet, outdoor advertising, radio, print, etc.) and to calculate a score that allows an objective comparison of the agencies' offers. The scores are calculated for each media individually, as well as for multiple re-bids where agencies are asked to improve their offer.

 

The Microsoft PowerBI platform provides a detailed comparison allowing the client to analyse the bids. Agencies submit bids in Excel format and are automatically processed.

 

Where necessary, the names of the bidders are anonymised to ensure maximum impartiality.

 

The evaluation methodology is based on international practices and is 100% transparent. Clients can see the entire calculation process down to the smallest detail.

 

The price evaluation tool has been in development since 2020 and has been tested in several tenders. On the left are illustrations from the price tool reports.
